Who I Am

I’m Lady-Omega Hammond, a Training Consultant, software entrepreneur, and business strategist. I bring over 7 years of experience empowering entrepreneurs and organizations to create impactful, sustainable solutions.

As the co-founder of Ampersand Technologies Ltd, I’m currently leading the development of Sella, a product designed to revolutionize inventory and order tracking for businesses.

 

At MEST Africa, where I previously worked as a Business Teaching Fellow, I now serve as a training consultant, mentoring entrepreneurs and designing training programs for UNDP.​

What I've Built

AMPERSAND TECHNOLOGIES LTD

Co-founded and currently leading the development of Sella, a business tool for inventory and order management. Delivered 32 software projects across 16 industries, including the fintech platform Plus Invest, with over 5,000 downloads globally.

MEST AFRICA

As a Business Teaching Fellow, I designed and executed entrepreneurship training programs and provided mentorship to entrepreneurs-in-training. Now, as a consultant, I continue to support startups through tailored training and guidance.

UNDP YAI 

Consulted with MEST Africa to train and mentor young African a-typical Innovators, focusing on MVP creation, market testing, and business strategy development.

STEMbees Organisation

Trained over 3,000 young women in robotics, coding, and STEM, empowering them to explore tech careers.
